SUMMARY STATEMENT

I bring to the classroom nearly 40 years of pastoral leadership experience. I created and developed leadership teams for every ministry department in the churches I planted. I raised up three full-time pastors from within the first church I planted. I have lived through the best of times and the worst of times as a pastor. I want to share my life experiences, life-lessons, successes and failures with the next generation of leaders who will be taking the Church into the future.
